Job Description:

  • Generating New leads
  • Cold calling
  • Managing client meetings, presentations and proposals & establishing new business
  • Developing and executing sales campaigns
  • Exceeding monthly targets & objectives through outbound sales

Experience Requirements:

  1. A track record of shipping high-impact software products at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business teams, design teams, development teams.
  2. 3+ years of key stakeholder management including senior leadership.
  3. Experience in facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to outline the vision, objective, product roadmap and release plan.
  4. Experience in discovering customer pain points, prioritizing and mapping the path from current state to future state.

Must have skills:

  1. Attention to process, design and detail.
  2. Agile working skills
  3. Ability to build and bring together teams.
  4. Ability to model business processes using a variety of tools and communicate them to the client and design/development teams.
  5. Well-versed with technology and product trends.

Good to have:

  1. Experience with startups and/or large government projects is an advantage.
  2. Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certifications
  3. Nice to have: Scrum Master certification and/or Scrum Product Owner certification.
