- Cold calling
- Managing client meetings, presentations and proposals & establishing new business
- Developing and executing sales campaigns
- Exceeding monthly targets & objectives through outbound sales
- A track record of shipping high-impact software products at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business teams, design teams, development teams.
- 3+ years of key stakeholder management including senior leadership.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to outline the vision, objective, product roadmap and release plan.
- Experience in discovering customer pain points, prioritizing and mapping the path from current state to future state.
- Attention to process, design and detail.
- Agile working skills
- Ability to build and bring together teams.
- Ability to model business processes using a variety of tools and communicate them to the client and design/development teams.
- Well-versed with technology and product trends.
- Experience with startups and/or large government projects is an advantage.
- Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Nice to have: Scrum Master certification and/or Scrum Product Owner certification.
